Following our last update, FOS have been able to share the specific number of pawnbroking complaints which were received by FOS during 2024. The results have been split by cases FOS upheld, one where the business made an offer to settle post the case being received by FOS. As you can see from the table below numbers are extremely low. As a reminder if you do have any complaints referred to FOS please contact the NPA, which will allow us to understand if there are any emerging trends.
